I’m very pleased to announce the first screening of a short film I directed about Do Ho Suh’s work “Fallen Star,” which was installed on the University of California, San Diego, campus last fall. The film is part of Suh’s solo exhibition Home Within Home, on view at Leeum, Samsung Museum of Art, in Hannam-dong, central Seoul, until June 3.

Minong, I slept shows tonight in a program of short films organized by Steve Polta of the San Franscisco Cinematheque. The event is hosted by Overlap.org at Public Works, 161 Erie Street, San Francisco, CA 94103.  Note: film will be screened digitally.

Hard Stares & Broken Mirrors will screen with work by Harun Farocki, George Kuchar, Sadie Benning, and Julie Perini as a part of “Constructing Situations and Making a Scene: Play and Performance in Non Fiction Video,” curated by Deron Williams of Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
